New, unspecified evidence - turned over to the Broward County medical examiner by police, and relating to the Feb. 8 death of Anna Nicole Smith - has delayed the release of the autopsy report, which was slated to be completed any day now. "This is not delayed evidence," a police-department spokesperson tells the Associated Press. "This is just additional evidence that has come to light."

Thus far, the medical examiner has said that there was no immediate indication of a drug overdose, nor signs of major external injuries. The complete autopsy findings are now expected to be revealed in the next week or two.
