America's Next Top Model Reveals Celeb Mentors for New Season

Tyra Banks is taking America's Next Top Model back to school. The 19th cycle of the hit reality competition, which premieres Friday, Aug. 24 on The CW, marks the show's first-ever College Edition.
In true supermodel fashion, Banks will be accompanied by some famous guests — Grammy-winning singer Alicia Keys will be a mentor to the aspiring models in one episode, and Tyler Perry will also make an appearance. "Tyler Perry comes on and gives the contestants an acting challenge," says Banks. "The winner of that acting challenge is actually going to be in a Tyler Perry movie."
ANTM will also welcome a celebrity photographer. "Shenae Grimes from 90210 is the photographer on one of the photo shoots and actually took some really beautiful pictures," Banks adds. Featuring young television stars such as Grimes is just one of the additions to the show's goal for a new hip and edgy vibe. Other changes to be seen in the revamped format include new judges, a social media correspondent, and even a new way to deliver Tyra Mail.
