American Idol is down to its Top 7.
The judges may have used their save on Sam last week, but this week, one person actually did go home. Was Sam able to redeem himself with his take on "Time After Time"? Or were his efforts to connect with his fans all for naught? Skip to the bottom for the results.

Well, Sam gets another week to work on emoting. Good for him. Malaya has fallen to the bottom several times, so the writing may be on the Idol wall for her.

American Idol airs Wednesdays at 8/7c and Thursdays at 9/8c.
