On the heels of Transparent's big night at the Emmy Awards on Sunday, Amazon has announced six new pilots that will debut this fall, including a "dark comedy" from Tig Notaro, a political thriller with Terry O'Quinn, and a Zelda Fitzgerald biopic starring Christina Ricci.

The pilots will premiere later this year on Amazon Video for customers in the U.S., U.K., Germany and Austria. Amazon will continue its policy of allowing users to vote on which pilots will be picked up to full series.

Edge: This Western based on George G. Gilman's best-selling book series stars Max Martini as Josiah "Edge" Hedges, a former Union officer who hands down "his own peculiar (and savage) brand of justice" as a cowboy in the post-Civil War American West. Ryan Kwanten and Yvonne Strahovski co-star.

Good Girls Revolt: This hour-long drama, set in 1969, is about a group of young female researchers who seek workplace equality. Based on the discrimination cases outlined in Lynn Povich's book of the same name, the show stars Anna Camp, Hunter Parrish, Joy Bryant, Jim Belushi and Grace Gummer.

Highston: A half-hour comedy starring newcomer Lewis Pullman as Highston Liggetts, a 19-year-old who has an imaginary circle of celebrity friends. Mary Lynn Rajskub and Chris Parnell co-star as Highston's concerned parents, and Shaquille O'Neal and Flea guest-star in the pilot.

One Mississippi: A dark comedy that follows lesbian comedian Tig Notaro as she returns to her childhood hometown in Mississippi to handle the fallout after the unexpected death of her mother while dealing with her own health issues. Casey Wilson guest-stars as Notaro's girlfriend, and Diablo Cody and Louis C.K. are executive producers.

Patriot: Australian newcomer Michael Dorman stars in this timely political thriller as intelligence officer John Tavner, who is tasked with blocking Iran from building a nuclear weapon while going undercover as a mid-level employee at a piping firm in the Midwest. Terry O'Quinn plays John's father, and Kurtwood Smith plays his boss.

Z: Christina Ricci stars in this bio-series about Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald, which begins before she met her eventual husband, F. Scott Fitzgerald (Gavin Stenhouse), and follows their subsequent love affair and marriage. Set in the 1920s, the show chronicles the debauchery of the Jazz Age.
