Amanda Bynes Arrested for DUI (Again)

Oh dear. It seems that Amanda Bynes is once again making poor life choices.

The She's the Man actress, whose history of odd behavior extends back to 2010 when she abruptly announced her retirement from acting, was arrested on Sunday after she stopped her car in the middle of an intersection in Los Angeles, reports TMZ.

The California Highway Patrol officer who spotted her determined she was driving under the influence, and she was taken to the LAPD Van Nuys division where she was evaluated and booked for a DUI.

It's reported that Bynes was determined to be under the influence of a drug, but it's unclear what drug that was. She has since posted $15,000 bail.

As if that weren't bad enough, the actress is currently on probation stemming from a 2012 incident in which she hit a police car. That means this arrest could lead to further legal problems for Bynes, who received psychiatric treatment last year. Her parents' conservatorship ended earlier this month.
