The baby girl, who weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces, was named Elizabella Dylan Bugliari and is the second child for Milano, 41, and CAA agent Bugliari, 33. They also have a 3-year-old son named Milo.
Milano rose to fame as Samantha, Tony Danza's daughter, in the 1990s sitcom Who's the Boss?. She also starred on Melrose Place and Charmed, and currently plays the lead role in ABC's sudsy Mistresses.
