Alanna Ubach Will Replace Janeane Garofalo on Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce

Alanna Ubach is joining the cast of Bravo's Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, the network announced.

The Meet the Fockers alum will replace Janeane Garofalo, who revealed earlier this month that she will exit the show midway through its first season. Ubach will play Jo, a blunt, brassy New Yorker who's the college best friend of Lisa Edelstein's main character, Abby.

The show chronicles self-help author Abby as she navigates a divorce with the help of her friends Lyla (Garofalo) and Phoebe (Beau Garrett). Ubach's character arrives in Los Angeles to help Abby through her breakup as well.

Bravo also announced that Matthew Glave and Virginia Williams have landed recurring roles as Gordon and Courtney Beech, a high-profile fashion couple who are divorcing.

Ubach's previous TV credits include Men of a Certain Age, Californication and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce is set to premiere Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 10/9c on Bravo. Will you watch?
