If you've lost it, flaunt it. Adam Richman, the former host of Travel Channel's gluttonous Man v. Food, is showing off his shocking weight loss via a (mostly) nude photoshoot in the July 2014 issue of Cosmopolitan UK.
When your job requires shoveling obscene amounts of food into your pie-hole, you're bound to stretch out a few waistbands. But since Man v. Food ceased airing in 2012, Richman has dropped 70 pounds to go from cuddly bear to bare-all.
"If you're a guy who's always been the fun-to-be-around teddy bear, then all of a sudden people are viewing you as sexy, it's nice," Richman told the magazine.
Richman wasn't just showing off for the sake of showing off. He posed in the buff to promote healthy living in support of Cancer Research UK.
