NOW THAT'S A GAMBLE

World Poker Tour has dealt a blow to the Travel Channel, the cabler that airs it. The show's makers are accusing the series' outlet of mucking up plans to develop a rival show for ESPN. Technically, would that be unlawful or just plain practical?
