Robin Sparkles' Latest Hit "Leaks" onto the Internet

Cobie Smulders by Randy Tepper/CBS

As you will recall, it was revealed waaaayyy back in 2006 that Sparkles is the stage name of How I Met Your Mother's Robin Scherbatsky ( Cobie Smulders), who apparently was briefly a teen pop star in Canada. The music video for her minor hit " Let's Go to the Mall" became a viral-video sensation, prompting the show's producers to pen a B-side ballad.

"Sand Castles in the Sand" is currently streaming at Variety.com, while clips from the music video are expected to hit MySpace today. The full vid will launch online following the April 21 Mother, which features guest spots by James Van Der Beek, Alan Thicke and former teen popstress Tiffany (who will surely rock your body 'till Canada Day).

(Warning: The song is made of crack cocaine, and will be stuck in your head all day.) What's your favorite lyric? Are you as all aboot Ms. Sparkles as we are? - Mickey O'Connor
