Although Kid Rock got into a shoving contest with Tommy Lee at the VMAs, Pamela Anderson's more recent ex isn't going to be charged with anything, the authorities decided yesterday. However, Kid still has to deal with a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from a brawl he got into at an Atlanta waffle house. Children, really! -
