The Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York is honoring one of its greatest benefactors, Jackie Kennedy Onassis
. A huge exhibit called "Jacqueline Kennedy: The White House Years" which runs from May 1 to July 29 will celebrate the late First Lady's impact on American fashion. Among the wardrobe items on display will be Jackie's classic pillbox hat, as well as the frocks she donned to mingle with the likes of Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev
and Pope John XXIII
back in the '60s.
