The Secret Life of an American Teenager's midseason finale on Tuesday night delivered 4.5 million total viewers, setting a series high in that measure, as well as in the 18-49 demo. The closer represents ABC Family's most-watched original series telecast ever.

any episode of the super-trendy
Gossip Girl. And versus Tuesday's
90210,
Teenager performed better in the women 18-34 and 12-34 categories by double- and triple-digit percentages.
