Music Notes: Billboard Says Goodbye Vegas, Hello Grits
Fox is fixin' to announce that its annual
Billboard Music Awards will slip the word "Country" before "Music," relocate the kudosfest from Sin City to Nashville and reprioritize its accolades accordingly. The decision, says
Variety, comes after the '06 Billboard show hit a sour note with its lowest ratings to date. There's a song in that somewhere.
