Per the
Hollywood Reporter, a federal judge ruled on Wednesday that Universal can release
Alpha Dog as planned on Jan. 12, despite objections from murder suspect Jesse James Hollywood, on whom the film is based. Hollywood's attorney plans to file an appeal with the 9th Circuit Court, contending that
