Top Models Trash Their Loft

Diva behavior on America's Next Top Model is not unusual, but taking it out on the real estate is. According to the New York Post, the 14 contestants on the current cycle of America's Next Top Model trashed the $6 million Tribeca loft they lived in, to the tune of $500,000 worth of damage.

Among the complaints by landlord Michael Marvisi (according to "a source") are hundreds of holes in the ceiling (to install additional lighting for filming), ketchup and coffee stains on the white curtains, lipstick on the walls, and mold in the bathroom. In addition, the mannequins ruined a $15,000 chandelier, and the water leaks caused $90,000 worth of damage to an electrical store on the first floor.

Anisa Productions, the creators of Top Model, hasn't commented on the complaints, although they have attempted to settle for $125,000. According to the source, Marvisi plans on filing suit. - Mickey O'Connor
