Matt LeBlanc's Ex-Rep Is No Friend, Takes Him to Trial

Matt LeBlanc by Avik Gilboa/ WireImage.com

Matt LeBlanc may be needing a little help from his Friends soon, thanks to a ruling Tuesday that will allow a breach-of-contract suit against him to go to trial.

An L.A. judge decided against a request by LeBlanc's legal team to dismiss a suit that the actor's ex-manager, Camille Cerio, filed last August, says E!. Cerio claims that he owes her more than a million bucks in commission back-payments.

Cerio reportedly managed LeBlanc betwen 1994 and 1995, and she claims that at the time, LeBlanc agreed to pay her 15 percent of all earnings "derived" from the Friends phenomenon. The cash, she says, stopped flowing in 2000, four years before the show ended. With a trial date set for Sept. 22, LeBlanc has time to mull things over, and so do we: Who should come out on top? - Anna Dimond
