Led Zeppelin Ends Digital Communication Breakdown

Box art courtesy Atlantic/WEA

Bringing to a close the group's long stalemate with the digital era, Led Zeppelin has announced that their back catalog - including "Stairway to Heaven" and "Whole Lotta Love" (oh, the college nights I barely remember chilling out to that one) - will be available for download Nov. 13, the same day the two-CD retrospective Mothership comes out. Said guitarist Jimmy Page, "[This] will better enable fans to obtain our music in whichever manner they prefer." In related news, Apple has announced the simultaneous release of the iBong.
