Kelly Preston Toughens Up for Suburban Shootout

Kelly Preston is the latest actress to sign on to the upcoming HBO satire
Suburban Shootout, a comedy that sounds like
Desperate Housewives- if
The Sopranos moved to Wisteria Lane.
In the new show, a woman is caught between two rival gangs of homicidal housewives in bucolic suburbia. Preston, who recently guested on
Medium, will play Camilla, the leader of one of the gangs. She joins
Reno 911's Kerri Kenney and
CSI'er Rachael Harris.
Does this show sound like it'll help HBO get back its mojo, or a thin premise that could easily flop? Surely Kelly will pack a few punches, maybe even at Whole Foods, or on the tennis courts!
