While taping an appearance on the
Tyra Banks Show,
Sen. Hillary Clinton got frank about Bill and what went down when his marital infidelity was revealed, according to a People.com transcript.
During the conversation, Sen. Clinton opened up about how she made the decision to stay with her then-president husband through the turmoil, saying she "really had to dig down deep and think hard about what was right for me, what was right for my family." Clinton also emphasized that handling infidelity is a personal decision, and each person's situation is unique. "You have to be true to yourself.... You have to do what is right for you," she added.
Big props to Hillary for opening up, but a bigger high-five to Tyra for getting down to some tough talk on relationships with a woman who's seen it all. Banks for president, anyone?
