HECHE TEAMS WITH DENZEL
Anne Heche is in final talks to co-star with
Denzel Washington in
John Q, according to
The Hollywood Reporter. The New Line Cinema drama centers on a father (Washington) who takes an emergency room hostage until doctors give his son a life-saving heart transplant. Heche would play the by-the-book hospital administrator who prevents the critical operation from taking place. The cast also includes
Kimberly Elise (
Beverly Hills, 90210) and
Robert Duvall. In other movie news, the trade paper reports that
William H. Macy (
Mystery Men,
Fargo) is joining the cast of
Jurassic Park 3, playing a wealthy businessman.
