Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly. "He just wasn't ready to commit to Minka or to anyone," a source tells
Us. Kelly, on the flip side,
was ready. "She was disappointed [by the split], to say the least," a source tells the glossy. "She was really happy but wanted a full commitment."
