Exclusive: Rosie Won't Play Ball with FNL!

Now it's official: An NBC spokesperson has confirmed for me exclusively (and, by proxy, you guys) that Rosie O'Donnell will not be playing the crankypants soccer coach on Friday Night Lights this fall. Instead, getting her kicks, as it were, opposite Kyle Chandler will be... well, you know who I think it should be. But who do you see in what sounds like a role made for scene-stealing? Also, are you as bummed as I am that Rosie's not playing ball on TV's best drama series? Sound off below!
