Did Coldplay Steal Their New Song?
That's what everyone has been buzzing about for the past few days. Turns out the Brooklyn band Creaky Boards has created a video showing the striking resemblance between their song and Coldplay's new "Viva la Vida" featured on the latest iTunes commercial. The songwriter claims he wrote the tune over a year before Chris Martin released his song and has the footage to prove it. Worst part of it all? The first version's title is "The Songs I Didn't Write." How's that for added irony?
