For two days next week, the ladies of
The View are dedicating their entire hour to only one guest.
On Monday, Sept. 22, former president
Bill Clinton will make his first appearance on the talk show as a part of the show's continuing "Red, White & View" campaign. Clinton will be interviewed by all five of the show's cohosts about the Clinton Global Initiative, which he launched in 2005 to bring global leaders together against the world's most pressing challenges.
On Wednesday, Sept. 24,
30 Rock's
Alec Baldwin will be the sole guest. The appearance will be his only live talk show appearance while promoting his new book,
A Promise to Ourselves: A Journey Through Fatherhood and Divorce, which addresses his divorce, his much-publicized angry voice mail to his daughter and his
recently reported thoughts of suicide. Baldwin previously appeared on the show in April 2007.
The View airs daily at 11 am/ET on ABC. Will you be tuning in for these special, one-guest editions? -
