Justin Hartley, who recently resurfaced on
Smallville as Oliver Queen (duck, it's Aretha!)/Green Arrow, has been signed to a talent holding deal with the CW, says the
Reporter.
Prior to going Green for
S'ville, Hartley fronted the dead-in-the-water
Aquaman spin-off pilot, as well as two other wannabe series for the netlet. Oh, and he also was on
Passions. Can't forget that.
