Law & Order: SVU) on the judging panel for the Howard Stern Film Festival, which for its debut edition received 2,137 entries. Three winning filmmakers, to be announced April 27, will share in more than $25,000 in cash and prizes and have their shorts premiered exclusively on HowardTV On Demand.
