CHAPPELLE STILL IFFY ON RETURN
Dave Chappelle says a return to his eponymous series is still up in the air but
very unlikely should Comedy Central forge ahead with plans to air material he filmed before vanishing on his May 2005 sabbatical. "If they air that stuff, I can't see how I'm going to be able to return," he tells the
Dayton Daily News. Comedy Central responded in a statement, "We are patiently waiting for Dave to return, but we know that our viewers are looking forward to seeing the material he produced for the third season."
