Variety reports that CBS is prepping a new version of the classic game show
Name That Tune, to be hosted by the white and nerdy Donny Osmond. Fancied as "
American Idol meets
Deal or No Deal," the latest incarnation will include surprise live musical performances from well-known artists and a bonus round in which a player can win $1 million by naming 15 songs in 60 seconds. And the best part? No Kathie Lee Gifford with a microphone.
