BRITNEY SAYS "OOPS"

Britney Spears now is owning up to ill-advisedly driving her SUV with her 4-month-old son, Sean Preston, sitting in her lap, as evidenced in photos that surfaced earlier this week. "I made a mistake and so it is what it is, I guess," Spears tells Access Hollywood in an interview airing Thursday. Although Spears' home was paid a visit by a Los Angeles County sheriff (on behalf of the Department of Child and Family Services), authorities say they will not be pursuing any charges. There's a moral here... nowhere.
