On last night's two-hour Bachelor finale, single guy Aaron chose 27-year-old Jersey girl Helene to be his eternal flame. On bended knee, the 28-year-old bank exec proposed marriage to the school psychologist and naturally, she accepted. That left poor Alabama coed Brooke, 22, with, as she put it, "a smashed heart." On the bright side, someday she'll look back on this whole experience and feel really silly. read more

To commemorate The Simpsons's landmark 300th episode in February, Bart reportedly is going to try and divorce his parents. The little tidbit was revealed Monday night at a taping of Bravo's Inside the Actor's Studio, featuring the Simpsons cast. read more

The producers who brought you The Bachelor are developing a new reality show for ABC that will attempt to find the sexiest male and female in America. According to Variety, the series — titled Are You Hot? — will be similar to Fox's American Idol, complete with a nationwide "talent" search and mean-spirited judges like Simon Cowell. Viewers, of course, will crown the ultimate king and queen of hotness. read more

Nicole Kidman: Broadway Bound?


As filmmaker Baz Luhrmann confirmed to TV Guide Online last year, it's only a matter of time before the Great White Way comes alive with the sound of his Oscar-winning movie-musical Moulin Rouge. But one big question mark remains: Will Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor reprise their big-screen roles as tortured lovers Satine and Christian?

For her part, Kidman offers TV Guide Online this song and dance in lieu of a final answer: "I don't think [Baz] would ask me." And if he did? "And if he did? I don't know.... Play Satine again? I don't know."

The WB has reportedly grounded Birds of Prey for good. Sources say the network axed the superhero drama on Monday due to low ratings. In related news, the WB has snatched Grounded for Life away from Fox. The series will move to the Frog Network in March as a Friday night companion to Reba. read more
