Phillips — who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1986 — produced Presley's first record, the 1954 single that featured "That's All Right, Mama" and "Blue Moon of Kentucky." read more

DID THE BUTLER DO IT?

Elizabeth Taylor is being sued by her former landscape gardener, who claims he was fired because he rejected the sexual advances of her French butler. Willem Van Muyden — who is seeking unspecified damages — accuses Taylor of sexual harassment, sexual orientation discrimination, wrongful dismissal and breach of contract. Taylor's lawyers call the allegations "a work of complete fiction." I call it a potential Fox reality show. read more

BALLET SHOO-IN?

Mr. Big has met his match — and he wears... ballet slippers?! After months of speculation, dance icon Mikhail Baryshnikov, 55, has been tapped to play Carrie's (Sarah Jessica Parker) final fling on Sex and the City. "We had to make Big (Chris Noth) look like a high school sweetheart," Parker tells The New York Times. Baryshnikov's character, Alexander Petrovsky, is described as an artist "of extreme importance" whom Carrie meets and falls in love with. He'll show up as "a teaser" at the end of the HBO comedy's current 12-episode cycle, before returning for the final batch of eight episodes in January. Celebs Remember Bob Hope

Legendary funnyman Bob Hope — whose exceptional career spanned seven decades and encompassed vaudeville, radio, stage, television and film — died Sunday night of pneumonia at his home in Toluca Lake, Calif., just two months after his 100th birthday. From backstage to the battlefield, Hope's Hollywood friends and co-stars recall a real trouper.

Raquel Welch traveled to Vietnam with Hope in 1967 to visit the troops at Christmas.
"Everywhere he went, the guys would jump to their feet with tears streaming down their faces. When we went to the hospitals, he always had a joke and the ball scores handy. We'd take down names and call their families afterward, and let them know they were getting good care. That was Bob's idea."

Here, the not-necessarily-swinging single opens up to TV Guide Online about her sometimes-murky motivations, her distorted image and Toni the incredible she-Hulk.

TV Guide Online: Since you fibbed to your boyfriend, Jason, that you'd only kissed Beau — and, by now, like us, he must have seen you making out with Alex, Zack and Matt, too — is it safe to assume that your rekindled relationship didn't work out?
Amanda:
If you look at the tapes, you will never see me touching lips with Alex, Matt or Zach — it's people assuming what they would like to see. Jason understands what the who read more
