NBC is the leader of the pack going into the the 23rd-annual Television Critics Association Awards with 13 nominations, including four each for 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights and Heroes. HBO placed second with eight noms, three of which were bestowed upon When the Levees Broke. And while CBS may be No. 1 in this, that and the other thing, none of the Eye's current programs made any short list.
