"I will tell you one thing. And that is our show next year is our last year of the show," he told Vulture. "Our contracts are expired [in 2012], and Tina [Fey] is gonna have a big career directing films and writing. She's going to be the next Elaine May. She'll be great."

But don't start shouting "blerg!" yet. A source tells TVGuide.com that there have been "no conversations about 30 Rock ending next season."

Could 30 Rock go Alec Baldwin-less?

Baldwin has made no secret that he plans to leave the NBC sitcom after his contract expires next year — going as far to say that he will also quit acting then. Of course, the two-time Emmy winner has made some promises over the years that he hasn't carried out, like moving to Europe if George W. Bush was re-elected or venturing into politics.

Do you think 30 Rock should end next year?
