Mitchell plays an aging railroad engineer who goes crazy when he discovers he is being forced to retire. Prompted by a fit of jealousy at seeing his wife flirting with his fireman (Hogan), he decides that his last ride as an engineer will culminate in his crashing the train into a concrete wall. Tearle plays the psychiatrist who talks him out of it. more
