There's a good deal wrong with this picture from the start. The script is overlong and predictable. There is heavy stereotyping among the Indian characters, with Buetel's dialog being reduced to a few "Ughs." Hadley is simply not cut out to play a villain, and Young, despite a bushy, black

moustache, is not believable. The camerawork is adequate, though the Technicolor use is not as effective as it could have been.
