fight he was supposed to lose, sees what's happening, he comes to New York. Tommy wins the next fight he is supposed to throw and is taken for a ride by the mobsters, but Ken Cooper (Steve Brodie), a sportswriter, learns what has happened and leads the police to Tommy in the nick of time.

Structured around the usual characters and situations, THE CROOKED CIRCLE is a fair fight film.
