The title tells the whole story. Jurgen Prochnow, best known for his role in THE BOAT, stars as The Cop, a cold, tough, quiet sort who has grown insensitive after years on the streets. During a routine bust of some teenage punks, The Cop meets The Girl (Annette von Klier), a pretty, feline

18-year-old who hangs out with a rough crowd, but, believe it or not, is a virgin. She owes some thug DM 150 and steals The Cop's gun in order to pay off the debt. Naturally, The Cop hunts down The Girl. The usual events follow, rather predictably: there are car chases, he saves her life, she

tries to seduce him, he turns a cold shoulder, he starts feeling like a sensitive guy, and the next thing you know... The photography is slick (wet streets, blue and red neon signs--no different from your standard beer commercial), but otherwise this is no more than a third-rate action picture

with German instead of American police cars. Dubbed into English.
