Opening with an interview with Keeler, herself barely out of prison at the time, the film moves on to show Buckingham coming to London, becoming a model and hostess, and meeting Brandet, who introduces her to Barrymore. Soon she is living with him in a platonic relationship. She leaves

him to live with a West Indian musician. At a wild pool party she meets the British minister of war and the Russian naval attache, Welles. She begins sleeping with both, and when the disgruntled musician fires a few shots through her door, Scotland Yard is called in and soon the entire scandal

breaks open. In the resulting chaos, the minister is forced to resign, Welles is sent back to the USSR, and Barrymore commits suicide. Buckingham goes to jail for nine months. A quickie exploitation film capitalizing on the still-fresh scandal, the movie was shot in Denmark and banned in

England.
