This movie has nothing to offer other than a few adequate performances. Stern is a young stockbroker married to Mayron, who is trying to get pregnant. Stern and coworker Mull are both in line for a higher position in the brokerage firm, the winner of the job to be determined after a

weekend in the country under the observing eye of boss Plummer. As Plummer's wife (Dombasle) rather fancies Stern, the question arises of whether he should accommodate the boss's wife to move up the corporate ladder? Nothing much happens in the movie, which teases but never seems to follow

through. Mull comes off the best with his few jokes. Writer-director Steinberg was making his first appearance behind the camera and may have some better things in his future, but it would be hard to tell from this mishmash.
