Rating:

Famed soft-core photographer David Hamilton's second foray into feature films (after 1976's BILITIS) was a silly soft-core sex tale with soft-focus photography and a bunch of barely pubescent nymphettes wandering through the countryside. Set for some reason in 1939, the film takes place

at a country estate where a 15-year-old boy discovers sex and his own sexuality. It's mildy erotic, mildly funny, pretty to look at, acceptably acted (Macha Meril especially), and totally void of any real insight. We, the viewing audience, however, are supposed to believe that it's art. The

videocassette is dubbed in English.
