A serious sortie into brother-sister incest with a heavy debt to Jean Cocteau, this Canadian first effort deals with charming siblings, Hauff and Jardine, who separate following a passionate (off-camera) sexual encounter. Hauff goes to a large city where he meets and makes love to Lynch.

After settling in with Lynch, he learns that his sister lives in the same city and that she now practices prostitution. He tracks her down through the low haunts of the city, a process which brings him into contact with various lowlife types such as racetrack tout Francks and lesbian Collins.

Reunited with her, he finally makes his peace with the taboo attraction that earlier drove them apart. Partly financed by the Canadian Film Development Corporation.
