This lukewarm picture's saving grace is Lee Van Cleef (not his acting, just his taut expressions) as an aging safecracker given a final job to do. Jeff (Edward Albert) hires Chris Gretchko (Van Cleef) to assist some Germans in a heist, but Van Cleef learns his associates plan to kill him when the caper is completed.
