Teens go wild in this crude, made-for-cable vacation farce. Aspiring attorney Jay Garvey (Brad Raider) finds himself wondering whether there's life after law school when he's thrown out of school for a prank involving a cadaver and a rival student. Best friend Nick Capper (Sean Murray), a medical student, also gets the boot. Their futures on hold, Jay and Nick decide to head for spring break in Florida at the same time that upright Senator Claxton (Gary Grubbs) decides to strengthen his family values platform by making an example of some horny collegiate patsy. Meanwhile, Jay and Nick discover that there's a living to be made defending rowdy students against charges of public urination, flashing, intoxication and the like. Jay, who's got a flair for coming up with excuses, acquires a hotshot reputation and romances a pretty bartender who thinks it's great that he stands up for the underdog. Claxton and his backers set up a hapless freshman named Leon (Travis Wester), whom they intend crucify for his part in a club brawl. If Claxton can take credit for cleaning up the notoriously rowdy Spring Break, he'll be hailed as the savior of God-fearing geeks endangered by satanic temptations. Jay is outraged by Claxton's politically motivated persecution of Leon and takes on the case, but agrees to back off Leon's case in order to save Nick from being prosecuted in a prostitution sting. If Jay is going to live with himself, he'll have to figure out a way to clear Leon without reneging on his deal with Claxton. College kids whose brains have been fried by too much the sun are clearly the target audience for this screwed-up escapade, which is undermined by an excess of testosterone and a juvenile obsession with flatulence.
