the horse was nudged out of competition by gamblers, Matt and Tim conspire to get it back and enter it in a race, with all Matt's fellow men-in-blue betting on the speedy steed. The gamblers have yet another dirty trick up their sleeve, but in the final analysis crime doesn't pay. Henry Armetta
