Baxter plays a diplomat from a mythical country in this unusual story. He's assassinated at an international trade conference after expressing some controversial opinions. Marion is a scientist with a machine that can restore life for up to six hours, which is all the time Baxter needs

to save his country from signing a bad treaty with an enemy. He also manages to set up his love interest, Jordan, with a new man, Boles. Though this was a bizarre subject for its time, the film has not aged well. The direction isn't bad, but the acting is overly dramatic and without a trace of

humor.
