Pangborn relents and fires them. They think their troubles are over until they are slapped with a series of lawsuits from angry patrons seeking damages. The laughs are few and far between, and the film is crowded with a variety of specialty acts that pad the action. Songs include: "Fuzzy Wuzzy"

(Bob Bell, Roy Branker), "Penny Arcade" (Dave Franklin), "We're Making a Million," "Take It Away," "It's Circus Time" (Everett Carter, Milton Rosen), "Man on the Little White Keys" (Joe Greene, Nat King Cole), and "I'll Be Seeing You" (Sammy Fain).
