Wiziarde was a popular television clown in Kansas City, Missouri and this minor effort is an expansion of his show. First some students of Johnny Miller Dance Studio in K.C. entertain everyone in "Whizzoland." One little girl remains unhappy so Wiziarde takes her and the others to see

some Christmas displays. From there it's off to the North Pole via a chintzy magic carpet ride. There they meet the jolly man in the red suit as interpreted by Bilyeu. He shows them around his toy factory, then explains the true meaning of Christmas. Everyone leaps back onto the carpet and it's a

quick ride home to Whizzoland and the film's end. This local personality's holiday special might have looked better if it had been kept on the tube rather than shown in theaters. On the small screen, Wiziarde's little fans, and possibly even their parents, would have had an easier time overlooking

the silly plot and bargain basement special effects.
