When budding young jockey Frankie Reynolds (Frankie Darro) rescues a lame horse from the glue factory and nurses it back to health, he does such a good job that the horse is soon fit enough to compete in a major thoroughbred race. Before the race Frankie is kidnaped, but manages to escape

by beating up his abductors, then, with a gunshot wound in his chest, he continues his string of amazing feats by stealing the ambulance that was taking him to the hospital and speeding off to the track for the big race. He gets to the gate in the nick of time (despite the fact that he has not

weighed in, paraded his pony, or received a slot in the starting gate), and nothing can stop the intrepid jockey now. The story is ridiculous, and the film's technical quality isn't much better.
