A misfired low-budget independent film shot on 16mm by husband-and-wife team Jack and Joanne Milton. The film details the activities of a New York-based radical group that has stolen some sophisticated electronic equipment and plans to jam the airwaves of the major networks with public

service announcements of its own. The group has filmed messages expounding the evils of war, capitalism, and other social ills, while pleading for the standard goals of peace, love, and understanding. Though the messages are harmless, the FBI will not allow the jamming of the network's airwaves.

In an effort to smash the broadcast pirates, agents infiltrate the radicals and eventually have enough evidence to throw their leader, Peel, into the clink. After a lengthy trial Peel is convicted, but his pals break him out of jail, and he becomes a legend among radicals. Though the filmmakers

have their hearts in the right place, the Miltons belittle their efforts by inserting countless movie parodies and unnecessary satire that only weaken the film as a whole.
